Dr. J. Ari Greenwald, Co-Founder: Dr. Greenwald is a full-time emergency physician at Mackenzie Health and an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Medicine at McMaster University. He obtained his MD and completed his Royal College of Emergency Medicine residency training at the University of Toronto, with a special interest in medical education. He serves as the medical director of Toronto Hatzoloh, and has been actively involved with the Israeli Emergency Medicine community since 2015.
Dr. Binny Hahn, Co-Founder: Dr. Hahn currently serves as the Director of Pharmaceutical Research and Director of Academic Research at Staten Island University Hospital, overseeing clinical trials and the residency research program. He is also an Associate Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine, contributing to academic and clinical advancements in the field. Dr. Hahn completed his MD at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, followed by a residency in Emergency Medicine at Kings County Hospital.
Dr. Joseph Offenbacher, Co-Founder: Dr. Offenbacher is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at the New York University (NYU) School of Medicine and an Associate Program Director at the NYU/Bellevue Emergency. Medicine Residency Program. Completed the ALLNYC Resident Fellowship in Medical Education Leadership and has also participated as a faculty member at the Harvard Macy Institute: Program for Post-Graduate Trainees-Future Academic Clinician Educators and participated in the Yeshiva University Presidential Fellowship in University and Community Leadership. BA Yeshiva College. Dr. Offenbacher obtained his Doctor of Medicine (MD) at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine and completed his residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Jacobi/Montefiore Medical Centers.
Dr. Betzalel Reich, Co-Founder: Dr. Reich earned his MD from Tufts University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the Harvard Affiliated Emergency Medicine Residency (HAEMR) program in Boston. Following this, he undertook a fellowship in emergency medicine administration before assuming operational and leadership positions at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and later at the Mayo Clinic Health System. Dr. Reich is a dual US-Israeli citizen and has spent significant time living in Israel. While he opted to pursue a career in emergency medicine in the United States, he is dedicated to supporting the ongoing advancement of emergency medicine in Israel.
